My path into yoga and mindfulness began in 2014 after a frightening LSD experience left me with generalised anxiety. Desperate for relief, I tried meditation — and during my very first session, I experienced a sense of stillness that cut straight through the fear. That moment changed everything.
Since then, meditation has been a foundational daily practice. Over the years, it has meaningfully reduced my anxiety, deepened my sense of equanimity and peace, deepened my connection with myself and others, and expanded my self-awareness in ways I couldn't have imagined.
Years later, while volunteering at a meditation retreat, I met a fellow volunteer and former inmate who shared how yoga and meditation transformed his life. That conversation inspired me to dedicate my life to sharing these practices with others.
What I've learned through years of daily practice is this — real transformation comes from consistent daily practice. Small habits practised consistently compound and create meaningful change over time.
Today I'm a Mindful Performance Coach, a certified Yoga Teacher (500hrs), Breath Coach and trauma-informed Mindfulness Guide with over a decade of personal practice.
Through yoga, breathwork, and meditation, I help men move better, feel calmer, and master their nervous system so they can show up fully — at work, at home, and in life.
